| Details: International Company has an immediate opening for a Supervisor to manage the Hose production operation. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.    Position Responsibilities: Direct management of all shift production employees and ensuring adherence to all Company policies. Meeting production and safety objectives for the operation. Ensuring production quality and rates, and the proper operation of production lines in accordance with company procedures. Participate in, and lead implementation of Continuous Improvement Programs to reduce costs and improve productivity. Maintaining, assembling, and summarizing shift production paperwork. Entering shift production in computer database and inventory system. Providing hands-on training to shift production employees. Identifying equipment deficiencies and working with maintenance to resolve. Ensuring the production lines have proper supplies. Ability to work additional hours, as needed. Developing successful relationships with employees, management, and vendors. | ||||
